  1. Awesome article! I can't wait to take pics this week to see my progress. I am psyched about fatloss but it doesn't equal the scale coming down real fast. I am finally coming down off that hi after years of yo-yo and fad dieting because it never produces life-long lasting results. Losing a little water weight with a little fat is not going to change your physique so that when people see you it like WHOA! What you been doing?
    I actually had a little Sinus infection this morning and got put on antibiotics but I will take it slow on my legs and running today if I see that I am not up to it. I am pumped right now though so I am ready.
