  2. So I started my day with 1/2 cup dry Quinoa w/ 4 oz unsweetened applesauce drizzled with a Tbsp of Agave Nectar this = 380 calories.

My snack : 15 wheat thins and 2 Tbsp cream cheese(NOT CLEAN) I am finishing up a few things inmy house befor I go totally clean next week. I also feel for those are not eating this specific way of life (Clean Eating) I want you to know that that snack is totally fine. I was still hungry and added in 4 oz reduced fat cottage cheese and no sugar added peaches. This = 330 calories

Lunch is 2 chicken breast mini sliders no bun w/ 1 sweet potato and 1 cup broccoli. This = 504 calories

Snack is one pear and one pack Emerald 100 calorie pack almonds = 152 calories

Dinner is 6 ounce Filet Mingon w/ veggies and salad at Logans off the Healthnut menu. (Mind you here in Alabama they don't expect you to really mean Healthy so they try to bring out crap and I have to end up seeming like a whiner LOL)= 550

My day total will be 1916 calories. Yes I said 1916 caloriesand I expect to lose weight. Why because I did Jillian's "No More Trouble Zones" this morning where I burned at least 650 calories, I only take one day off a week now from exercising, and it takes my body 1610 calories with my active lifestyle just to stay alive. Actually 1952 calories is 30% of a caloric deficiency for me so to eat between 1789 and 1962 cycyling those on alternating days will get me the best results.

  3. So I told yall I wanted to be real and frank on here so that you can follow a real life that involves changes due to family and not some fitness model whose life revolves around Tuna, Salmon, and Eggs. Yesterday my husband changed up the resturant on me ;-) We went to the Outback which still has choices that they have a leaf next to where they cook it with no butter, oil, or anything, I mean not a drop of seasoning of anything. (Yuck right?) Well I will say that my tenderloin w/ steamed veggies didn't taste as yummy as something I would fix at home but I didn't ruin my eating for the day. The salad came with croutons and cheese I had to take off. They claimed if I ate everything the way they brought it out I was still under 500 calories so imma guess 450 for dinner. I also stayed up pretty late and dinner was early so I ended up eating a Jello Mousse Pudding (Chocolate)(better for you than cheesecake but not clean) and some air-popped popcorn (This is clean, the list I started with yesterday was not an exhaustive list).
